Lindsay Lohan guilty of poor judgment

Previously an alcohol proved that Lindsay Lohan was positive for consuming alcohol. After positively proved for consuming alcohol, the troubled actress attended in court few days ago, for another hearing on the probation violation. The probation violation hearing should have been taken place few days ago, but it apparently never happened.

The hearing was supposed to result in the jail time for Lindsay Lohan; yet again, the actress and socialite would possibly get technically free. Lindsay was ordered to continue to controlled substance testing, before being put on jail. The substance testing itself was to take place between 3th and 25th February. During her house arrest, the troubled actress is only permitted to visit her home in California at a time.
