The headline that was titled ‘Addiction nightmare – Katie drug shocker’ and other disturbing statement as ‘The real reason she can’t leave Tom’, was the main reason of Katie Holmes’s decision to file a defamation charge against this magazine. After several legal processes, Katie Holmes and the magazine has finally reached an agreement.
