Gucci Mane Misdemeanor Battery Lawsuit

Earlier this year on January 2011, rapper Gucci Mane had a quite harsh altercation with a woman in Atlanta, Georgia. Recently, this case is reportedly leading the troubled actor into a formal lawsuit. Radric Davis, or popularly known for the stage name Gucci Mane, was reportedly to be arrested by officer earlier this month as the follow-up to the case.

The arrest of Gucci Mane was done after the warrant on this rapper’s arrest was out. The charge in the arrest stated that the rapper pushed a female out of a moving vehicle. The official reason of the Gucci Mane’s lawsuit is included into misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. Recently, the rapper has been released on bail as his attorney convinced officers that the rapper is innocent.
