It is a difficult and tough time for singer John Mayer. He previously had to have throat surgery, which was meant to remove a granuloma; this was basically said to be an inflamed nodule, from his vocal cord. The singer let his fans know that he had already had a surgery on Thursday, via his Tumblr blog.

John Mayer revealed on his official website that he was ‘on complete vocal rest for a month or two’. John Mayer might think that everything went well, as he wrote that it has been a very long process in waiting for the time to alternative surgery. He added that he should be frustrated but he could not seem to stop thinking about the beautiful things.
